Podria aburrirte con detalles acerca de mis actividades actuales, como lo pueden ser mi trabajo o mis estudios, pero prefiero intrigarte mencionando los interesantísimos aspectos tan instructivos que nos proporcionó el exitoso montaje de este servidor Internet a mis compañeros y a mi, pese a los largos dias e interminables noches en las que dedicamos nuestro esfuerzo combinado a su mantenimiento y puesta a punto. Cuando no estoy en IDEC o disfrutando de algun raro tiempo libre, muy probablemente me encuentres en la Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria asimilando conocimientos (algunos hasta de valor academico) en el Edificio de Informatica. Tambien me encanta degustar (no, no 'disgustar') diversos platos de gastronomias exoticas, asi como de aquellas mas conocidas, en los diversos restaurantes de esta hermosa isla - exactamente, como bien pensabas, tambien frecuento McDonalds.

Offensichtlich bin ich auch deutschen Ursprungs, wie mein Nachname zweifellos andeutet. Selbstverständlich bin auch ich nicht für meine unfreiwilligen Nationalitäten verantwortlich. Wie könnte ich auch eine Staatsangehörigkeit wählen, wenn ich von dem veralteten und absurden Konzept "Staat" oder "Nation" nichts halte. Welche Person sucht sich denn aus wo sie geboren wird, wer ihre Eltern sind, in welchem sozialen Niveau sie aufwachsen wird oder welches Aussehen oder Geschlecht sie haben wird? Tummeln sich doch überall auf dieser herrlichen Welt angenehme, freundliche, intelligente und hilfsbereite Leute, wie auch verdummte Massen, trickreiche Ganoven, tollpatschige Narren, hinterlistige Gauner, komische Clowns, unseriöse Hochstapler, unschuldige Idioten, gewandte Schlaumeier, starrsinnige Querköpfe, intolerante Rechthaber und engstirnige Pedanten, die oftmals sogar in dem selben Menschen anzutreffen sind. Die Kunst besteht wohl darin in jedem das zu finden und fördern, was nicht nur uns, sondern auch der Gesellschaft, wie dem betroffenen am meisten bringen kann. Dies scheint überall dort zu funktionieren, wo Personen zusammenkommen, sei es am Südpol, der Straßenbahn oder in der Sahara.

Por cierto, te gusta reirte tanto que al partirte a carcajadas notas como te cuesta cada vez mas recuperar el aire expulsado, pero que el inmenso placer asociado a semejante gesto gracioso es razon suficiente para continuar riendote hasta llegar al límite del agotamiento fisico, para posteriormente sentir agujetas precisamente gracias a la carcajada? Y si reflexionas sobre las demas cosas que te gusta hacer, cuales destacarias como las mas atrevidas y las mas excitantes? Ahora, si estas pensando en algo estupendo, por que no lo pones a practica en seguida, justo despues de comentarmelo en un breve mensajito? Practicas algun deporte? Yo solo me muevo cuando realmente me hace falta, o peor, cuando me obligan, por lo que eso de las agujetas es algo habitual despues de cualquier esfuerzo esporadico, y sea tan agradable como una carcajada intensamente sana. A lo largo de esta vida he tenido la oportunidad de probar varios deportes, como natacion, Tenis, Squash, y Judo ademas de los tipicamente impartidos en colegios e institutos entre otros, pero nunca me llego a convencer una actividad cuyo unico fin era desplazar una pelota segun alguna regla o esquema obscuro, o generalizando, el sufrimiento y agotamiento asociado al esfuerzo requerido para semejantes actividades.

Mit Kunst und Kultur sieht es bei mir auch nicht viel besser aus. Ich bewundere zwar andächtig Kunstwerke anderer, bin aber selber kaum fähig Verständnis dafür aufzubringen, noch selbst etwas ähnliches darzustellen. Musik höre ich eigentlich recht gerne, vor allem im Hintergrund, wenn andere spannendere Tätigkeiten dies zulassen, und zum entspannen. Ausruhen ist zwar eine meiner Lieblingsuntätigkeiten, aber leider bin ich nur selten richtig ausgeruht, woraus sich leicht schliessen läßt, daß ich für längere Tage recht dankbar wäre, vor allem wenn sie so um die 28 Stunden hätten. Dann könnte ich beispielsweise die Nacht hindurchschlafen, und nicht wie jetzt vor der Tastatur verbringen. Diese Rechner sind doch faszinierend, nicht wahr? Auf der einen Seite zeitraubend, auf der anderen produktiv, einerseits vereinsamend, andererseits wahre Kommunikationsmittel, packte mich das Komputerfieber schon vor sehr vielen Jahren, als mein Vater unseren ersten echten IBM AT, 8MHz 286 aus zweiter Hand brachte und uns die 512K RAM und die 30MB Festplatte wie unendlich erschienen. Wer hätte damals schon an Webseiten wie diese hier gedacht?

Este medio es idoneo para mantener amistades a traves de distancias anteriormente inabordables, y gracias a el he conocido a mucha gente encantadora y he aprendido mucho. Aprender por ejemplo es una de mis actividades preferidas. Estudiar ya no lo es tanto, pero afortunadamente se puede aprender mucho sin esfuerzo. De hecho hay varios sistemas academicos existentes que favorecen este tipo eficaz de aprendizaje, pero desgraciadamente en esta localidad no abundan, pero como la Red permite saltarnos barreras geograficas intento que compense por ello.
