Genesis

(Or: Does anybody really bother to read the fine print?)
Several years ago, when then net still wore diapers, in an unrepeatable coincidence of circumstances something outright astonishing occurred... A humble being stumbled into this world in the shape of what has now become yours truly. I don't quite recall many events related to this electrically enlightening experience, although I've been told by trusworthy informers that they took place at a hospital's maternity unit.

From that moment on my entire life changed and for a period of time it was me who was wearing diapers. Every instant I've been since discovering the marvels that this life constantly presents, often hiding the most magnificent opportunities behind its largest challenges.

Zen and its Tao

Yet precisely these challenges are what tend to render our day-to-day experiences interesting enough to make them not only worth-while, but also enjoyable, inspiring and even entertaining. Taken this point of view, we go from surviving to really experiencing, from vegetating to truly living.

Once our eyes are this wide open and tuned into such perspective, life becomes our closest ally in its own marvellous adventure - an exciting trip that defies continuity and boredom so as to allow us to smile and even laugh about our own hillarious existence when others seem to be taking theirs all too seriously, acquiring new insights every waking instant, and sometimes even when asleep. It is this constant opportunity to widen our horizons that makes being alive an activity in itself; one that allows us to gradually strive toward perfection while improving life's quality each transcurring moment.
